Keep this position and punch with the right hand over your body to the left side, while moving both your torso and head at the same time. Repeat the same on your other side. Punch in each direction for 30 seconds without any pauses, move as fast as you can.

  • Fast Strokes

At first, lay down on your stomach and lift the body, put your hands below the shoulders. Keep balance with your toes and make sure to keep your hands straight. Jump to the front with the right leg, and instantly lower it beside your right hand. Take a pause for a second, and jump and put your right feet back. Now, take a little break and repeat the same with the left leg. Jump for 30 seconds, as quickly as possible.

  • Straight Hops

Lie down on your stomach and lift yourself using your elbows and toes. Use your full-strength jumping with both legs a few centimeters to the left then to the right. Jump for 30 seconds and move as fast as you can, while keeping your backside lower while you jump.

  • Winner Jumps

Stand up and place your feet a little wider than your shoulder width. Bend the knees until your hips are parallel to the floor. Extend your arms behind you in a 45 degrees position.

Now jump to the front as further as you can. At the same time, pull out the arms to the front, then lift them right above your head. Come back to the original position and jump again. Perform the exercise for 30 seconds.

She and her husband both recently lost their jobs, and the family lost their apartment the day before their three oldest children—Eugene Jacobs, 10; Jorden Jacobs, 8; and Emily Jacobs, 7—were set to start their 2019–2020 school year at Idea Bridge Academy.

In spite of the hard times, though, Harris and her family went viral when the three kids showed the world that even the toughest of circumstances can be bearable with a little bit of faith. The mom of four snapped a photo of her three oldest holding hands and praying together before they went off to their first day of class, asking for safety and happiness for everyone from the family to their classmates and teachers.

“Dear God,” she wrote in a post on Facebook. “This morning I’m feeling nervous and a little unsure but thankful, I pray for my children on their first day of school. God, I give them to you. And I ask that this school year you would use every person and every experience and every lesson to shape them into Your image, to grow in them, the fruit of Your Sp**it.”

Harris told Fox News in an interview that the family prays before school each day, explaining how important it was given the uncertainty surrounding some of the tu**oil in the world right now. Judge Richard Dinkins, a Tennessee State judge, is being applauded for a now-viral video that shows him swearing in a new lawyer, Juliana Lamar, while holding and bouncing her 1-year old son. Juliana, who is a graduate of Belmont University College of Law, previously worked as a clerk for Judge Dinkins in the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

When she was set to take her oath, the judge thought it was a good idea to involve her son, who was born while she was in law school. “On the day of my swearing-in, right before we began, Judge Dinkins said he wanted Beckham to take part in the moment. And I am so glad he did – because to have my son take part in one of the greatest moments of my life was truly a blessing,” Juliana told BuzzFeed.

Sarah Martin, one of Juliana’s law school colleagues, shared a video of the touching scene on Twitter. She said, “Y’all. Judge Dinkins of the Tennessee Court of Appeals swore in my law school colleague with her baby on his hip, and I’ve honestly never loved him more.” The video has been viewed about 700,000 times and a lot of people praised the Judge Dinkins for his good gesture and congratulated Juliana on her new achievement as a lawyer and as a mother.

Moreover, Juliana said she could not have accomplished her goals without the support of her husband Javon, who serves in the army at a nearby base. After giving birth, it was challenging for her as the school had strict policies on the allowed absences. She had to attend her classes just after a week she gave birth to her son via cesarean. “The pressure I felt was horrible and I hope it has led my law school to rethink its policies for future mothers.

I understand having a child during law school is often a choice – however, as young female professionals, there is not a perfect time for us to have children,” Juliana said. She was also very grateful for the support and motivation Judge Dinkins generously gave her.

“Judge Dinkins has also been a guiding light during my legal career. When I was 9 months pregnant, the day before I found out I needed to be induced, Judge Dinkins spoke on the importance of voting at an event I hosted as the president of my school’s Black Law Students Association. During this event, Judge Dinkins reminded me of how proud he was of me and that he knew I would do great things, even with a baby in tow.
