  • ¼ cup raisins

2. Banana-nut Bread

  • 8 tablespoons ground chia
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups vegetable juice pulp

  • A handful of dulse seaweed

At first, mix the bananas and veggie juice pulp in a food processor. Then, add the chia seeds and mix everything until you get a firm mixture. Next, add the walnuts and raisins and mix everything in a large bowl. Make a loaf. In a separate bowl mix the cream cheese, 9 dates, the flesh of 3 avocados, the juice of 1 or 2 lemons, and a bigger handful of dulse seaweed. Add this mixture to the top. Enjoy!

3. Green chia

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 8 dried prunes, soaked in 1-pint pure water
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina powder

Drain the prune soak water and place the chia seeds to soak in it. Combine the prunes, powdered spirulina, and a small amount of the soak water. Lastly, stir well and leave the seeds to soak for about 10 minutes, your recipe is ready.
