In the blink of an eye, your entire life can change. It could be something amazing such as being offered your dream job or winning a big competition. Adversely, it could be something not as wonderful, such as losing a loved one. But all of these things wouldn’t be possible without other human beings to make it happen. Which is why this story is sincerely beautiful.

It surrounds a pit bull named Lola who was subject to horrific circumstances. She was chained inside a garage for more than eight years without any love and no access to healthcare which she so desperately needed. But Lola’s life completely changed when a group of animal rescuers saw the distress and sadness in her eyes.

The group removed the horrible chains from around Lola’s neck and watched her blossom into a caring and happy little dog. They took her to the vet, got her cleaned up and ready to take on the world. And even though the vet found three tumors, they were luckily benign and therefore removed. They took her for walks, allowed her to play with other dogs, and showed her a life that she really deserved. But now, they’re looking for help from you.

Lola is desperately seeking a forever home after a couple had to decline their adoption offer. In this way, we’re hoping that you can spread the word about this amazing transformation with your friends and family so that, somewhere, Lola can find a comfortable place to call home.
