Goliath, whose real name is Hercules, was reunited with his owner shortly after the story aired in 2008. His owner was in the hospital, Hercules was with his parents who had a house fire, during which kitty disappeared. The reunion was 6 months after Hercules was scared away by the fire. It’s great that Goliath (actually Hercules) was seen on TV by his original guardian and they were reunited.

He was stuck in her doggie door. Never heard of a cat not able to fit through a doggie door before. What a big boy. He’s beautiful and sure looks healthy. If his owners don’t come to claim him I have no doubt he’ll soon be adopted. Now that cat is awesome. His the kind of cat you can drink a beer with, and be like oh did kitten want one too? Yeah I’d adopt him at first sight.
