In order to create resistance, make a frowning expression and push your fingers gently upwards. Repeat 3 times, for 20 seconds. This exercise really helps your eyes age slower.

To perform it, just pinch the corners of your mouth on both sides, and smile as wide as you can. You’ll feel a resistance that will correct your cheeks and increase your smile.
